The Hotchkiss Scholar award was established in 1984 in honor of Eugene Hotchkiss, President Emeritus of Lake Forest College and former member of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management Board of Directors.
This year it is noteworthy that, for the first time, every Class of 2009 Hotchkiss Scholar achieved a perfect 4.0 grade point average, earning each the additional distinction of Class Valedictorian.
