Senior Vice President and CIO, True Value Company

Ms. Weber was appointed Senior Vice President and CIO of True Value Company (formerly TruServ Corporation) in September 2003. True Value is one of the world’s largest member-owned wholesale hardware cooperatives, with sales of $2 billion in 2007. The cooperative includes approximately 6,000 independent retailer locations worldwide operating under the store identities of True Value, Grand Rental Station, Taylor Rental, Party Central, Home & Garden Showplace and Induserve Supply.
 
Prior to True Value, Ms. Weber was Vice President, Information Systems and CIO for Wheels Inc., a fleet management and leasing company. She was responsible for applications development, computer operations and technical and telephony services supporting $1 billion in Internet sales. The IT services group supported contact centers, which serviced 180,000 vehicles and a network of 3,000 dealers and network maintenance shops. 

Ms. Weber previously held senior information management positions at Quill Corporation (a division of Staples, Inc.), an $800 million catalog distributor of office supplies (1998-2001); and Fel-Pro, Incorporated, a $500 million manufacturer of automotive gaskets for replacement and OE markets (1986-1998).  Prior to joining Fel-Pro, Ms. Weber held positions in Information Services at The Square D Company and Bell and Howell Corporation. She has completed the Computer Career and LAN Programs at DePaul University in Chicago.

Ms. Weber was elected to the Board of Directors of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in 2004.
