Executive Vice President - Marketing and Admissions

Mr. Wang is Executive Vice President of Marketing and Admissions at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (LFGSM).  He joined LFGSM as Vice President of Marketing & Communications in 2001.  Since 1997 he has also been a LFGSM faculty member, and is a recipient of the LFGSM Teaching Excellence award.

From 1995 through 2001, Mr. Wang was a Principal with the Chicago management consulting firm Kuczmarski & Associates. From 1999 to 2003, he was also an adjunct faculty member of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, teaching New Product and Services. He has led brand strategy and new product development consulting engagements for companies such as S.C. Johnson, General Mills, JCAHO, Con Agra, Cincinnati Bell Telephone, and Hewitt Associates. He led a two-week Brand Excellence course for top Whirlpool executives and has conducted seminars at Allstate, IBM, Kraft, General Mills, and S.C. Johnson.

Mr. Wang has spoken numerous times on new product development and brand strategy at the Institute of International Research’s national seminars. He has been a featured speaker for a variety of associations including the American Marketing Association, the National Cattlemen's Beef Association, the Product Development and Management Association, the Illinois Psychologists Association, the Chicago Industrial Organizational Psychologist Association, and the North Suburban Library System. He was formerly an American Management Association seminar leader, teaching Competitive Strategy.

Mr. Wang has been published in Food Processing Magazine and Food Processing Rollout and has been cited in The Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, Supermarket News, Quick Service Restaurant, The Daily Herald and The Pioneer Press Newspapers.

Prior to Kuczmarski & Associates, Mr. Wang was a Director of Client Service at the market research firm Information Resources, Inc. He began his career working in brand management positions for The Quaker Oats Company and The Miller Brewing Company.
