Kathy M. Leck
Executive Vice President - Lake Forest Corporate Education
Ms. Leck joined the staff in 1996 as Director of Human Resources and Organization Development. She was named Executive Director of Corporate Education programs in 1998 and was promoted to her current position in November 1999.
With over 30 years in management and consulting, Ms. Leck has held a variety of executive and consulting positions. She is responsible for strategic direction, sales and administration of the School's corporate and professional education programs.
Formerly President and CEO of a $9 million revenue home care agency, Visiting Nurse Association, Ms. Leck was responsible for overall strategic direction, supervision of 300 staff, and the sale and merger of the company. Previously she was a private management consultant with a full range of clients in health care, social services and education.
Ms. Leck served as Vice President and Senior Heath System Consultant on an executive self-directed work team for two years. This project team accomplished a comprehensive organizational design and implementation strategy to vertically integrate Lutheran General Health System's 76 locations into a full continuum delivery system of health care.
Ms. Leck was a Senior Vice President for Parkside Medical Services Corporation, where she was responsible for the clinical direction, regulatory compliance, and nationally recognized training program. In addition, her role included operational responsibility for six freestanding facilities in the US and seven in Sweden. Parkside was then the largest not-for-profit provider of addiction and psychiatric services in the nation including 120 locations in 24 states, and 7 locations in Sweden.
Ms. Leck
actively serves as
a mentor with Mentium 100 and as Vice President of the Illinois Coalition for Adoption Reform. She is a Lincoln Examiner for Quality and a graduate from Corporate Coach U.
